Your plans will be based on the answers you provide from our initial consultation. I will plan your workouts so they are customised to your goals and work around your lifestyle. Depending on how you want to train and how many times you train weekly, I will set you up with plans that will ensure you get the most out of your valuable time.
KNOWLEDGE
I will give you an insight into how the body works, how your body is changing & how adapting as we move through plans. I will provide my years of coaching to better your knowledge and understanding, this will give you the tools that will make you aware of how to better your abilities. Knowledge is power!
SCHEDULE
I will encourage you to stay focused and in control. The app you will be using will become your go-to. It will have everything you need in one place; workout plan, nutritional guide, easy access to contact me, personal calendar, progression photos and measurement logins, tracked history of all your previous plans, workouts, day to day progress and much more!
