WHAT’S COVERED?

Many people believe that 1-2-1 personal training simply means turning up to a gym once or twice per week to workout with a trainer. In a sense, yes this is correct, but there’s so much more to it than that. Personal training also consists of nutritional education, a structured plan that suits your lifestyle and an experienced motivator to guide you. 

Whether you’re already a gym-bunny looking for guidance or someone that wants to start from scratch, I have no doubt that we can work together to get you where you want to be. 

 

1-2-1 coaching

If you’re aiming to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone up and or improve overall fitness & technique then 1-2-1 training is the best fit (no pun intended) for you. We’ll start with a free, 60 minute consultation where I shall assess your fitness levels, technique & posture and we will have a more in-depth conversation about what you want to achieve. After your consultation, I will create a detailed plan which involves training with me at least once a week as well as your home workouts, all designed to work with your current lifestyle & routine.

GROUP sessions

“Couples that train together stay together”… I believe that’s the saying, isn’t it?! BUT group training isn’t just for couples! Friends, neighbours, even work colleagues have trained together with me in the past & it’s worked perfectly, as long as you have the same end goal & targets, why wouldn’t you want to work alongside someone? Split the cost and get that extra motivation, not just during sessions but outside, too!

 

Mobility/Posture Training

Suffer with lower back, neck or shoulder pain? It’s more than likely that you don’t have an ongoing injury but that your body lacks movement or has weakness/ tightness elsewhere which is causing the issues!

Mobility and postural training will allow you to identify what’s causing these problems and how to fix the uncomfortable niggles that you may experience daily.

 

INJURY REHAB

I specialise in shoulder rehabilitation with tendon repair and muscle reform. I also provide hip rehabilitation, helping pelvic realignment and lower back release/spinal compression. The main goal is to help you regain strength, mobility, and function while also preventing future injuries.

There are no strict rules, regulations or contracts.

I consider myself to be an understanding person and I know that life gets in the way sometimes. Therefore, if you do have to cancel a session, let me know at least 24 hours beforehand and we can reschedule. You are also entitled to hold training at any time, I simply ask for 30 days notice.
