WHY DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Reaching a goal(s) by yourself can be a real struggle. I will be dedicated to keeping you on track, pushing you when you want to quit and offer 24/7 advice throughout your time with me. I’ll give you guidance, a personalised plan, nutritional advice, show how YOUR body works & keep you injury-free!

WHAT IF I’M TOO UNFIT?

No such thing! Everyone has to start somewhere. Regardless of your intensity level at the start, we will work together to get you feeling fitter & healthier in no time!

HOW LONG IS THE SESSION?

My sessions are 60 minutes long BUT this doesn’t consist of constant blood sweat and tears. I’m your coach but I am also a human being and that means we chinwag, have a laugh, discuss nutrition, how at-home workouts are going, if you’re having any issues with any exercises etc. albeit mainly through rest periods but I promise, personal training sessions are NOT as scary or intense as people think!

WHAT TYPE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WILL I BE DOING DURING THE SESSION?

This is directly dependant on your goals. I incorporate strength training as a staple in nearly all my client’s sessions, as it achieves the best results for near-enough everything BUT if there is a specific area you want to work on then I can adjust YOUR plan to suit YOU.

WHERE WILL I TRAIN?

I train my clients from my fully equipped gym at home in Binfield, Berkshire. We have privacy, parking & in a great location. It’s easy for people to travel to due to being just off to the A329(M) Wokingham junction.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TRAIN?

Entirely dependent on your goals & how quickly you wish to achieve them. Of course, money and time factors into this, too. The real question is, how much are you willing to invest in yourself? 

I suggest that everyone does train with me at least once or twice per week, that way you still have detailed sessions with me but won’t become too reliant on always having someone there. I design a unique plan/ workout for every client to do outside of the session so that they can incorporate what they have learnt & keep progressing.  

I want to teach people how to create a lifestyle they can sustain long-term.
